The Midmark M9 is a countertop steam sterilizer designed for efficient instrument processing in dental, medical, and veterinary environments. Its compact footprint makes it well suited for facilities where space is limited while still providing a 9″ diameter × 15″ deep sterilization chamber.
The M9 offers dedicated sterilization cycles for unwrapped instruments, pouches, packs/low-temperature loads, and handpieces, allowing operators to select an appropriate cycle based on the type of instruments being processed.
The sterilizer includes large and small standard trays along with a 5-slot pouch rack, providing flexibility for processing packaged and unwrapped instruments. Its 1.1-gallon water reservoir provides approximately 0.6 gallons of usable volume for routine operation.
Measuring approximately 20.5″ long × 15.8″ wide × 16.6″ high and weighing about 82 lbs., the M9 can be integrated into a variety of instrument-processing areas without requiring a large equipment footprint. The standard 115V model operates at 12 amps, 50/60 Hz.
